The 2018 Concha y Toro Terrunyo Sauvignon Blanc Block 5 is excellent with persistence and length. TASTING NOTES: This wine satisfies the palate with aromas and flavors of earth, spice, and herbs. Pair it with a green salad with shrimp and mild goat cheese. (Tasted: February 28, 2020, San Francisco, CA)- Wilfred Wong

Very pale yellow, citrus nose with green apple and lime. It had rather bouncy acidity and a long lasting mouthfeel of gooseberry and saline, balanced with a slightly complex minerality. Went well with fresh oysters, Greek salad and olives.

Nose: strong oysters, strong honey, cantaloupe, elderflower, sweet. High acidity Light-medium body Palate: herbaceous, citrus, flint, cantaloupe, honey Unique flavour compared to Loire and NZ SB.
