    • My Other Half

Very pale yellow, citrus nose with green apple and lime. It had rather bouncy acidity and a long lasting mouthfeel of gooseberry and saline, balanced with a slightly complex minerality. Went well with fresh oysters, Greek salad and olives.

Nose: strong oysters, strong honey, cantaloupe, elderflower, sweet. High acidity Light-medium body Palate: herbaceous, citrus, flint, cantaloupe, honey Unique flavour compared to Loire and NZ SB.

  3. Holly Rainier

Lovely fresh white wine. Definitely a staple for any wine collection
