Sio Shiok wine platter is a Wine pairing with THE best, super crispy, bubbly crackling – with tender, slow cooked juicy layers of flavor infused meat. Sioshiok is a story by two sisters, starting from a small home based business out of necessity due to loss of job from the COVID-19 pandemic and the will to always fight on. Michelle begin the journey! Together with Tabitha, these two sisters have grown the business with hard work and meticulous planning. Expanding from a home oven to a physical store in the Pavilion square!

We have identify 4 wines that would go well with SIOBAKKKKKKK. There are no hard and fast rules for pairing wine with pork, but ‘rich whites and juicy reds tend to work well.
