Intoxicating aroma of spiced pineapple and raw sugarcane with underlying hints of coffee and chocolate. Sweet pineapple fruit cake meet clove and nutmeg on the palate. Raw sugarcane funk layered with deeper notes of coffee and cacao. Ends with a kick of spicy ginger.
Nusa Caña Spiced Island Rum draws on Indonesia’s heritage of nutmeg, clove and exotic tastes in its blend of 6 natural spices and flavours. Javanese sugar cane molasses, cultivated wild yeast grown on red rice, and natural forest filtered water are slowly fermented. Distilled twice in ancient Chinese steel pot stills and then aged in large Indonesian teak wood barrels. Finally, it’s blended with specially selected modern rums to result in Nusa Caña.
