Maboroshi no Taki Junmaiginjo Sake
The Maboroshi no Taki Junami Ginjo sake was made using the natural spring water from Kurobe River, which creates a light and sharp flavor. It has a clear pouring with flecks of yellow, this sake is gently earthy on the nose.
It has crisp pear opening aromas accompanied with white rice, tofu, milkweed. On the palate, it’s juicy and fleshy, with notes of yellow pear and lychee, and a hint of the floral. It is delicate and has a clean and dry finish.
