Chan de Rosas Aires de Manilva Moscatel 2017
Straw yellow colour with a clean and bright appearance. Aromas of white flowers, candied apples and pears, with notes of honey and spring field herbs. A wine designed for those who like to explore, this dry Muscat doesn’t resemble any other. Lightly dry and lively in the mouth with a long finish. Beautiful on its own or paired with spicy Mexican or Thai food.
Aires de Manilva is one of the latest creations of the Galician oenologist and winemaker Marcos Lojo. It is a dry Muscat made with grapes from the Malaga town of Manilva, very close to the province of Cádiz. The region benefits from an Atlantic climate due to its proximity to the coast and has a unique soil resulting from limestone decomposition. 100% Moscatel of Alejandría grapes. The harvest is carried out by hand in 15 kilo boxes. Fermentation occurs under controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages on lees in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 6 months.
