Domaine Cedrick Bardin is located in the heart of the village of Pouilly sur Loire. Founded in 1991, the estate extends over both banks of the Loire. It operates 13 hectares of vines spread over four appellations: Pouilly sur Loire, Pouilly-Fumé, Sancerre and Coteaux du Giennois.

They strive to work in the most rational way possible, respecting the land and environment, making use of cutting-edge techniques and, above all, not forgetting the know-how passed down by his ancestors. At the start of 2016, the domaine joined the Terra Vitis network, an environmentally friendly approach “from the vineyard to the bottle”. With the 2018 vintage, they have taken this approach a step further by eliminating the use of insecticides or weed killers.
